The Reserve Group commenced as Reserve Consultancy in December 2005. At that time Reserve’s
focus was on supplying coal handling and preparation plant training services to coal mines in the Bowen Basin. Reserev expanded into the delivery of short term CHPP operators and maintenance staff
to coal processing operations in the area.
In 2006 Reserve took on the challenge to assist Downer Edi to complete the Foxleigh coal handling
and preparation plant. The services provided included safety advisors, project supervisors, electrical/mechanical trades people, machinery operators and trainers. Reserve Consultancy completed
the electrical installation, commissioned the plant, trained the operators and operated the CHPP to enable
a smooth transition between the construction and production phases.
In 2008 the company diversified into three separate trading companies to ensure that each entity maintained a singular focus on their purpose and their individual clients. This model has allowed the
Reserve Group to grow and diversify at previously unachievable rates while maintaining a close
relationship with each industry sector.
Reserve’s head office transferred from Airlie Beach to Brisbane in September 2011 while Reserve maintained a strong presence in central and northern Queensland with offices in Townsville, Mackay
Reserve Group continues to grow and invest in our people ensuring that our expertise in construction, commissioning, operations, maintenance and training is delivered to our clients in an economical
and flexible model.
